This state-funded program offers grants to Texas businesses and workers to improve their skill set by partnering with Howard College in San Angelo to conduct training and coursework.
Skills for Small Business Program
The Texas Workforce Commission dedicates up to $2 million from the Skills Development Fund for businesses with fewer than 100 employees to train new workers or upgrade the skills of existing workers.

In cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture, the EEDC has established a loan assistance program for small business owners in Concho County through the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP).
4B Sales Tax
Economic development projects may be eligible for funding through the Eden Economic Development Corporation for projects focused on quality of life improvements and job creation. Expenditures can be in the form of grants or loans and can be used for both new and existing business.
Eden Business Incubator
We provide an all-inclusive office environment so the business owner can focus on growing the business. Our services include reduced rent with flexible leases for furnished office space, cost share utilities, and a conference/training room.
